FEATURED ICONIC IMPACT AWARD WINNER 

The Iconic Impact Award is the cornerstone of our brand, given with purpose to individuals and organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, recipients show exceptional dedication to raising awareness, offering compassion, and creating solutions for the issues that affect us as individuals and as a community. Those honored with the Iconic Impact Award from IOP will have pieces in the Iconic Impact Award Collection created to align with their mission. We will donate 100% of the profits from their aligned collection directly to their organization. We will also share information about their work and other ways to help support each winner. Even after their time as our featured recipient ends, they will remain part of the collection and continue to receive the profits from those sales. Heroes don’t always wear capes” is a great way to describe our first IOP Iconic Impact Award Winner. As you learn more about Michael “Mike” Favor, it becomes clear why he stood out. He is dedicated to offering support, healing, and compassion to people and animals who are often overlooked. This is just one reason we chose to honor him. His work even inspired us to create this part of the IOP Movement, so we can help people and organizations like his make a real difference.

Favor really shows the spirit of the IOP Movement through his constant dedication to helping what he calls “two misunderstood breeds”: pitbulls and people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. One of his projects is even named after this idea.

Mike Favor started this journey after overcoming a 13-year addiction to cocaine, which he quit cold turkey in 2016. Early in his recovery, while working at an animal sanctuary, Mike met a German Shepherd puppy named Honey who had a medical issue and was given only four months to live. Mike decided to take Honey in, promising to give her the best four months possible. This experience led him down a path he never imagined.

This collection supports healing, self awareness, and emotional strength. These pieces are reminders that growth is not always loud and healing is not always linear.
